- หากเติมเงินก่อนช่วงเวลาแต่ผู้เล่นกดรับไอเทมไม่ทันตามช่วงเวลาที่ทีมงานกำหนด (เวลา 15.00 น.) ทีมงานจะไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆทั้งสิ้น
- ผู้เล่นจะต้อง Scan ผ่านแอพธนาคาร เท่านั้น !!! ไม่สามารถ Scan ผ่าน True Wallet ได้
- ทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่รับเปลี่ยน / คืนสินค้า / คืนเงิน (เช่น ไอเทมโค้ด , เติมเงินผิดไอดี , เติมเงินผิดเว็บ , กดรับไอเทมโปรโมชั่นผิดเซ็ต หรือ ผิดตัวละคร และ กรณีกดรับโปรโมชั่นไม่ทันช่วงเวลาที่กำหนด) กรณีที่ผู้เล่นชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว นอกเหนือจากปัญหาที่เกิดจากความผิดพลาดของระบบ เช่น เติมเงินไม่เข้า หรือ ไม่ได้รับไอเทม เท่านั้น
- การตัดสินของ GM ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
REMARK
- Promotion period start on April 18th, 2024 (at 17.00 PM) - May 1st, 2024 (at 15.00 PM), for top up early or late than mentioned period will be invalid.
- User require to top up only by QR PromptPay.
- For receive promotion will only top up only 150 , 200 , 300 , 349 , 500 , 529 ,1000 THB, for top up other amount will be invalid.
- Top up by QR PromptPay will cost 15 THB per transaction for fee.
- Player who complete condition will claim by site.
- For top up during promotion period but claim item over mentioned period (at 15.00 PM) will not have any help and responsibility.
- To complete payment need to scan by bank application, True Wallet will unable to do.
- We reserved the right for not change / refund (Item code, wrong top up id, wrong site for top up, mistake of claim item set or character and overdue of claim reward) or in case of done for top up but any issue happen by system, such as not receiving top up amount or not receive item.
- GM’s decision is final.
